Year of the Reaping of the Harvest
2023 is the year of the reaping of the harvest. Whether the harvest is good or evil, it will be reaped. If the enemy has sown evil against the children of God, the enemy will reap evil for themselves. If a child of God has sown evil, they will also reap evil for themselves.
However, if the child of God repents, sanctifies themselves, removes the evil from their heart and soul (spiritual circumcision), and burn it in the Fire of the Holy Spirit, they will be redeemed by the Lord.
So it was, when they had finished circumcising all the people, that they stayed in their places in the camp till they were healed. Then the Lord said to Joshua, “This day I have rolled away the reproach of Egypt from you.” Therefore the name of the place is called Gilgal to this day. (Joshua 5:8-9)
Today, for everybody who is reading this prophecy, I pull out every seed of evil sown in your life by the enemy or by you. I uproot every evil in your life. I root out every harvest of evil grown in your life. And I put them in the consuming Fire of the Lord. I decree it as an authorized mouth of God. Amen.
Then it shall be that he who is taken with the accursed thing shall be burned with fire, he and all that he has, because he has transgressed the covenant of the Lord, and because he has done a disgraceful thing in Israel.’” (Joshua 7:15)
But they burned the city and all that was in it with fire. Only the silver and gold, and the vessels of bronze and iron, they put into the treasury of the house of the Lord. (Joshua 6:24)
Those who sow in 2023 will reap bountifully this year – good in abundance for sowing good and evil in abundance for sowing evil. The harvest is always more than the seeds sown.
Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. (Galatians 6:7)
He who digs a pit will fall into it, and whoever breaks through a wall will be bitten by a serpent. He who quarries stones may be hurt by them, and he who splits wood may be endangered by it. (Ecclesiastes 10:8-9)
For God will bring every work into judgment, including every secret thing, whether good or evil. (Ecclesiastes 12:14)
All this time, God was waiting for your seed to reach to a certain level, weight, or quantity. And when your seed got there, God secured it immediately. Now, your seed has been sown into the ground. That’s why the world can’t see it. It’s dark under the ground. It feels suffocating under the ground.
Your seed was broken, torn apart, and it died inside the ground. Everybody thinks it’s over. But this is just the beginning of something big that God is about to do. Your seed will come out of the ground in the form of a green, strong, tall tree with roots and branches spread across the region. It will come out of darkness to see the light. It will grow in the glory of the Lord!
This tree shall bring its fruit in its season.
To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven: (Ecclesiastes 3:1)
The righteous of the Lord will flourish like a tree planted by the rivers of water. 2023 is the year for the righteous of the Lord to bear and reap fruit.
He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper. (Psalm 1:3)
